Take care of your equipment
Functional and serviced diving equipment is an important part of diving and significantly reduces problems on and under the surface.
It is by no means uncommon for a diver to notice on a boat that a computer is reporting a low battery or wondering when the regulator feels strange to breathe. Therefore, you should check the equipment well in advance of the day of the dive so that we can take care of it for you and you will enjoy a stress-free dive with regard to the equipment.
Dive computers
Suunto, Mares, Cressi, Aqualung, Scubapro
Battery replacement and maintenance of dive computers is possible through our authorized service centers. Most of the work can be done in Phuket in a couple of days, but major maintenance will be done by sending a computer to Bangkok, for example. Battery replacement is normally completed on weekdays the next day.
Suunto computers:
1000 – 1 500 THB
Suunto pressure transmitters:
1 500 THB
Mares computers:
1000 – 1 500 THB
Aqualung computers:
1 500 THB
Cressi computers:
1 500 THB

Replacing the computer's battery always includes a new battery and O-ring, as well as pressure testing.
The battery replacement is ready in the most common brands and models the next working day.
Regulators
Apeks, Aqualung, Mares, Cressi, Scubapro
Regulator maintenance and spare parts are conveniently available through us. INTO's own personnel are trained to service Apeks and Aqualung regulators, other brands are used by the manufacturer for authorized service. Maintenance work is usually completed in a couple of days.
The cost of maintenance depends on how many parts need to be replaced in the regulator. Basic maintenance costs from 2,500 THB for regulators designed for hot water and 3,000 THB for regulators designed for cold water.
Basic maintenance of the regulator includes the manufacturer's original service kits, including O-rings and other manufacturer-recommended replacement parts.
Additional priced parts are e.g. hoses, mouthpieces and other parts of the regulator not included in the manufacturer's service kit.
During maintenance, replace parts according to the manufacturer's instructions, wash the regulator parts in an ultrasonic cleaner, and test the regulator according to the manufacturer's instructions after maintenance.
Regulator maintenance is normally completed on the most common brands and models within one to three business days.
Buoyancy Control Devices (BCD)
Apeks, Aqualung, Mares, Cressi, Scubapro
Balancing vest maintenance, repairs and spare parts through us. Small maintenance and spare parts available the next working day for larger repairs, we recommend booking a time from a couple of days to a week.
The cost of maintenance depends on how many parts of the BCD need to be replaced.
Example prices:
- Dump valve replacement: 1500 THB valve or 4000 THB all three valves.
- Inflator head replacement: 1000-1500 THB
The content of the maintenance of the BCD depends on the type of maintenance to be performed on the vest.
The maintenance of the BCD is normally completed in the most common brands and models within one to three working days.
