Regulatory Requirements: The Thai tourism and maritime authorities (Tourism Authority of Thailand / Marine Dept.) require dive and boat operators to maintain a passenger manifest and verify insurance coverage.

 

 

We keep your information confidential. Your data will only be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:

 

Emergencies and Care: In an emergency, data (health information, insurance details) will be immediately disclosed to attending medical staff, hyperbaric chamber clinics, or rescue services.

 

Legal Obligations: We disclose required passenger details to Thai authorities and the statutory boat insurance company in accordance with local legislation.

 

Diving Organization: In connection with training and certifications, data is forwarded to SSI or PADI diving organizations for certification registration.
