As the name implies, this dive site is really Eden of corals. Corals grow here in all their beauty. Corals are practically from the surface up to a depth of 24 meters, and some of the coral is even visible on the surface during low tide. Similan 1 is closed to all tourism under further notice and protected as a turtle nesting site.

Here, too, the scenery is created by huge boulders that are a familiar sight on Similan, also on the surface. The boulders offer a lot of swim thrus and it's nice to dive through them. Huge fan corals and healthy hard corals provide a home for small animals, while larger stingrays and sharks are hiding in the cavities of the rocks.

Long ridge rises to the surface and is surrounded by both large rock formations and a beautiful coral reef. Here you can see everything from whale sharks through turtles to anemone fish. A really beautiful and lively destination where it is nice to do drift diving.

A subsurface ridge that descends sharply up to a depth of 40 meters. Huge fan corals adorn the scenery. You can see a leopard shark lying in the bottom and in the mid-water trevallies are hunting for food from schools of fish. Unfortunately, this destination is not very often on the liveaboard destination list.

The easy and tranquil bay is a popular destination for sunset and night dives. The beautiful reef with a lot of fish and sandy bottom with stingrays are offering a lot to see for divers of all levels. During the day, there are plenty of snorkelers here on a day trip from Khao Lak and Phuket. The evenings are soothed for divers and snorkelers enjoying the liveaboard.

The destination is especially popular with snorkelers, as you can see a lot here even in shallow water. An easy dive site, reminds a lot of Honeymoon Bay, the difference between them is that there is less sandy bottom here because the destination is not connected to the beach.

Huge boulders and a white sand bottom are dominating the sceneries of this dive site. There are swin thrus and caverns between the rocks from where to look for large lobsters. Large rays spend their days under rocks, so you should also take a peek there. A great destination where you could spend even longer but usually bottom times won’t give permission for that.

Fan corals and individual coral fingers cover the granite rocks of the bottom. Sharks and large stingrays are often seen here. The shallower reef is home to a wide variety of different reef fish. This dive site is good for drift diving.

One of the most dived and beautiful destinations in Similan. The beauty of Similan culminates in this underwater scenery. Large boulders, beautiful corals and an almost endless variety of fish species. All this is in Similan and that is why we want to come dive here. Unfortunately, the dive site is currently closed as a nature reserve.

The West of Eden is fortunately open even though its sister is closed. Also here the beauty of Similan culminates in this underwater scenery. Large boulders, beautiful corals and an almost endless variety of fish species. All this is in Similan and that is why we want to come dive here.

The destination is a ridge part of the island that continues below the surface to form a dive site. Reef sharks thrive at this destination, so you should look for them with Your gaze. Currents are often strong here, so it is mostly dived as a drift dive, either starting a dive from West Of Eden and ending in Deep Six or vice versa.
South side of Similan 8
A different but wonderful dive site. The best of the dive site are the various canyons, caverns and swim thrus that abound here. The destination is not famous for the amount of coral, even though there is coral, but for its many different small critters and insane sceneries. Crabs and fishes that are peeking out of their cavities, as well as nudibranchs, are the photographer's dream subjects to shoot.

A beautiful reef that is easy to do a drift dive and end dive to Beacon Bay. The corals are in good condition here, so the whole spectrum of marine life thrives around them. Therefore, stingrays, leopard sharks and reef sharks are also often seen here hunting for food.

The dive site is named after stones resembling a turtle. This beautiful reef is an easy site to dive in and there are lots of sceneries to enjoy. Anemone fish are peeping from their anemones and turtles are swimming with trevallies. In deeper parts of the dive site, large fan corals provide a home for crabs.

As the name implies, the site has a scenery of large granite boulders. On top of the boulders there is growing hard and soft corals which provides a home for crabs and other smaller critters. As this site is pretty similar to Elephant Head Rock or Turtle Rock they are chosen as a dive site more often than this. It’s only because there is a limited amount of dives during liveaboards.

This beautiful bay with its white sand is a common stopping place for liveaboards. This is a dive site where the sunset or night dive is usually done. The corals in this bay are unfortunately partly damaged, but when diving here you will also find places with healthy coral and reef fish. The bay is also a popular snorkeling spot during daytime.

The boulders of the site rise all the way above the surface, and they provide caverns and swim-throughs underwater to explore. The sea life and scenery of the dive site are similar to Fantasy Reef, so also here You can expect to see stunning underwater scenery.

At the very southern end of the island, boulders descend to the depths, providing habitat for several fish species. The dive site got its name from the thousands of yellow snappers, which are found in huge picturesque flocks in here.
