The Kata reef is still a surprisingly unknown destination for the time being. The dive site has a lot of coral and artificial reef structures and it is easily accessible for both divers and snorkelers. From Kata beach you can actually do several very different dives, depending on your own interests. There you will find both a beautiful coral reef and a small macro life among the seagrass field.

It is possible to dive at Kata Beach almost around the year. The best time for diving is from November to May, when waves are not that big and the water more clear.
Beach dives at Kata can be scheduled in the way that works best for you. Generally, you should set about 2-3 hours for one dive, depending on how long you want to enjoy the underwater world.

- Divers need to be at least Open Water Diver certified.
- If You don't have Open Water Diver certification You can do Discover Scuba Diving -program.

- If necessary, we will arrange a taxi ride from your hotel to the beach, the price depends on the location of the hotel.
For diving days, you only need a happy mindset, a swimsuit, a towel, eco-friendly sunscreen, Your certification and insurance cards.
