Relaxed, unhurried dives
Racha Yai is an island close to Phuket, about 1.5 hours by boat from Chalong. Racha Yai is a popular diving and snorkeling destination, which certainly has a lot to see. In addition to the lively marine life, Racha Yain Bay 1 has a total of four wrecks: Ha Ruby, Cargo Wreck, Speedboat Wreck and MV Meditation, or Danai Wreck, sunk in October 2023.
During the day, two dives are made at Racha Yai sites. We do not know the exact destinations in advance, as they are chosen during the day, taking into account the experience of the divers on the boat and the weather conditions.
If you travel with non-diving persons, they are also welcome to join the boat to enjoy the sun and sea life. For non-divers there is an option to snorkel and swim during the dives. The boats we use are spacious and comfortable. Safety has been well considered when we were selecting boats that we are using.

Racha Yai is accessible every day from Monday to Sunday. Contact us and we will find the best diving days for you.
- 7 - 7.30 Pick up from Your hotel. (We will confirm final pick up time with the booking)
- 8.00 Start from Chalong Pier to Racha Yai.
- 10.20 First dive at Racha Yai.
- 12.00 Lunch
- 13.00 Second dive at Racha Yai.
- 14.15 We are leaving from Racha Yai.
- 16.00 We will be back at Chalong Pier.

- The dive sites of the trip are suitable for everyone.
- Divers need to be at least Open Water Diver certified or a Discover Scuba Diving / Try Scuba done with us at the pool.
- To participate in dives, you must have diving insurance. You can also buy insurance through us. More information about insurance here
Snorkelers are welcome to join a day at sea. The destinations also have a lot to see for snorkelers and the day’s schedule is perfect for snorkeling. For snorkelers, we offer masks, snorkels and fins for use during the day.

For diving days, you only need a happy mindset, a swimsuit, a towel, eco-friendly sunscreen, Your certification and insurance cards.
