Dive to deeper destinations

There is something fascinating and unknown in the depths. The deep diving speciality course will take you to interesting deeper dive sites where you can see different kinds of marine life than at shallower depths. The depth itself should not be the absolute value of diving, but sometimes the most beautiful parts of the dive site are located deeper than 18 meters. (Or deeper than 30 meters)

During this course You will learn:

To use specialised equipments for deep diving
To plan deep dives and dive with Your plan
How to maintain buddy contact during deep dives
Safety considerations before and during deep dives
How to manage Your gas supply during deep dives
How to deal with gas narcosis

After completing a special course in deep diving, you are certified to dive up to a depth of 40m, which is the maximum depth for recreational diving.

Duration and contents

PADI
2 days

Theory study, PADI e-material. (materials in English, translatable to other languages)
Open water dives; total four course dives and two fun dives.

SSI
1 day

Theory study, SSI e-material. (materials in English, translatable to other languages)
Open water dives; total three course dives.

Schedule

Duration of the day about 7.30-18.00

In the course day we will join the day trip boat where You will develop skills in a real scuba diving environment.

Prerequisites

Minimum 15 year old
Adventure diver with PADI and Open Water Diver course with SSI. (completed with any organization)
Good health (No-answers at medical questionnaire or doctor's certificate that You are fit to dive)

What do I need with me?

For the course days, all you need is a minimum of a happy mind, a swimsuit, a towel and course materials.
