Your first step in diving

During the Open Water Diver course, you will learn most of the theory of diving and a lot of important diving skills.

“You can learn to dive even in a day, but you need more time to learn safe diving.” Therefore, we want to give the student enough time to properly acquire all the necessary skills for safe diving.

We also understand that sometimes time on holiday is limited. Because of this, we offer two different ways from which you can choose the most appropriate way for you to complete the course. To the best of our ability, we can help you find a local dive center to complete the pool and theory sections before your holiday begins.

After completing the course successfully, You gained international diving certification which is known worldwide, and you have permission to make recreational dives to a depth of 18 meters. The certification card is available everywhere You go in the PADI or SSI application.

Theories before the holiday, diving skills in Phuket

(PADI or SSI course)

Studying with PADI or SSI e-materials is interesting and fun. The advantage is that you can schedule theory studies in the way that suits you best and you can do study before vacation.
On vacation, you can then focus only on the funniest part, which is developing your diving skills. Contact us and ask us more about PADI or SSI e-learning materials!

3-4 days

  • Pool training, total 5 - 6 pool session
  • During the pool training we will review the theory
  • Open water dives; total four course dives and one fun dive.
  • You complete all the theory studies according to your own schedule before the pool training begins.

  • Here in Phuket, open water days (2) we will join the day trip and use learned skills in a real diving environment while diving. Duration of the days about 7:30-18 or by longtail boat around 7.30-14.30
  • Minimum 10 year old
  • Theory study and final exam independently completed with PADI or SSI e-materials.
  • The theoretical part must be passed before starting the pool training.
  • Swimming skills (tested with a 200 meter swim)
  • Good health (No-answers at medical questionnaire or doctor's certificate that You are fit to dive) (No-answers at medical questionnaire or doctor's certificate that You are fit to dive)

Price includes:

  • Transport from and to Your hotel (Kata, Karon, Rawai, Patong, other areas will have extra fee)
  • Lunch and drinks during pool day

  • E-learning materials and all certification fees
  • As materials, we always use SSI's Diamond version, in which case the material is always available to you, as well as PADI's material, where videos are integrated into the material to facilitate learning

You will complete theories and pool sessions before Your holiday and in Phuket you will be able to jump directly into the sea to enjoy the scenery and sea life. Contact us and we can help you find your local dive center

2 days in Thailand

  • Open water dives; total four course dives and one fun dive.
  • An easy review of the theory.

You will complete theory studies and pool sections before the start of your holiday. The schedule depends on your instructor.

Here in Phuket, open water days (2) we will join the day trip and use learned skills in a real diving environment while diving. Duration of the days about 7:30-18

  • Minimum 10 year old
  • All the theory, final exam and pool sessions need to be completed before the start of the holiday
  • Your instructor will provide to You or directly to us a PADI or SSI referral form including information of approved pool and theory exercises.
  • Swimming skills (tested with a 200 meter swim)
