Are you planning to take part in a liveaboard, but night diving worries you? Do you want to be sure while diving, even if the water is not always crystal clear? The Night and Limited visibility course is just for you!

In this course you will learn all the knowledge and skills you need to dive safely and comfortably at night or in low visibility conditions.

In Night & Limited visibility course you will learn:

Which factors can affect the fact that the visibility is not always perfect.
To select suitable equipment and use it during reduced visibility.
To prepare and plan a safe dive in limited visibility.
How night diving can be an interesting and pleasant experience.
To use different diving techniques in limited visibility.

The skills of diving at night and in turbid water will significantly increase your chances of diving comfortably and safely at different sites and locations.

Duration and contents

1 Day

Theory study, SSI e-material. (materials in English, translatable to other languages)
E-material knowledge review
E-material online exam

Open water dives; total two course dives.

Schedule

Dive day duration about 16 - 23

The course day is spent on Kata beach in a real diving environment to develop skills.

Prerequisites

Open Water Diver course (or equal completed with any organization)
Good health (No-answers at medical questionnaire or doctor's certificate that You are fit to dive)

To participate in the course, you must have diving insurance. You can also buy insurance through us.

Price

On the beach of Kata (incl. two dives)
SSI 7 500 THB

Price includes:

Transfers from your hotel to Kata beach (Kata, Karon, Patong, Rawai)
Small snacks between dives and drinking water.
Diving equipments during the course
Learning materials and all certification fees
Experienced Scuba instructor (Fin + Eng)

What do I need with me?

For the course days, all you need is a minimum of a happy mind, a swimsuit, a towel and course materials.
